"Kristin was exactly the professional realtor we needed to help us relocate from out-of-town to the Charlotte area. She knows the area because she has lived and worked there for several years. She is up-front when asked a question, but never unprofessional or pushy. She takes her cue from her clients, is a good listener and a good negotiator. "I usually don’t write reviews, but Kristin truly deserves one. She was such an incredible person to work with that I had to share our experience. I met Kristin at an event while my husband and I were in the early stages of searching for our first home. From the start, she stood out with her professionalism and her ability to ask all the right questions, many of which I hadn’t even considered yet.I gave her my contact information, and to my surprise, she called me back the very next day. At that time, we were still interviewing other realtors, but none of them matched Kristin’s promptness or level of communication. From our first conversation, it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us.
